EZ Team Builder has always had a 12 row limit, even from the very first release.  You probably did 2 builds and combined them is my guess.

It is on my to do list to possibly increase the number of rows…. but it is a huge job to rewrite the plugin to do more.  I’m not sure when I will have time to look into possibly adding more.  I have other projects ahead of this one so it will be a while.
