The template (the file with the EZTEAM layer) is not sRGB.  That can cause color shifting when putting the players into the file.  You need to convert it to sRGB.

I added this check to the plugin because too many people were putting teams into documents of different profiles and causing color shifting. Sometime, people would put teams into grayscale documents and that will turn the team black and white. So this check prevents this mistakes.

However, the easier way is to use the new free sRGB converter plugin.  You can get this on the Pixnub downloads page. The plugin will tell you which color profile the file is in and you can convert it with 1-click.
