Sorry for messaging you on two platforms, I didn’t realize this one existed because I never had to ask you anything! lol,

But I did maximize the screen, and then restart Photoshop, it’s still happening. This also occurs when I reset the preferences. The size of the monitor is 1920 x 1080. Hope that helps.
