Based on your facebook post showing the full screen, this is what you have to do.

First, click on the top of the window to move it as far up on the screen as you can. Then Click the bottom corner of the window with the mouse and drag it to resize as needed. You screen should have plenty of room to display it but something got messed uyp in your PS preferences and it is forcing that window smaller.
I wish that I could put a scroll bar on that window but PS doesn’t have that option for popup windows from the main plugin UI.
