Is your GPU (Graphics Processor) turned on? If it is and still having issues, go to help > GPU compatability and check its compatability. If it’s not, you might need to update your GPU.

If everything is good with the GPU, another factor could be if the faces are visible or not. (I.e., are the players wearing helmets?)
