I’m somewhat confused here. Are these messages happening when running SPA?
The first message refers to filename IA7A0500.DNG. SPA isn’t suppose to even run DNG files. It should ignore DNG files and not run those. The only formats for players images that SPA will open are tif, png, psd, jpg, or webp.
Also, did you reset the Photoshop preferences? That message is saying that your working profile is set to “Monitor Display”. The working profile default in Photoshop is sRGB. So resetting the preferences should have set that back to default.
The second message typically means that the file is corrupted and Photoshop can’t open it.
Here is what I need you to do…..
1. Reset the Photoshop preferences.
2. After reset the preferences, restart Photoshop.
3. After restarting Photoshop, DON’T change any preferences or color settings before trying SPA again.
4. Retry an SPA batch. Make sure the player images folder only has tif, png, psd, jpg, or webp for the player image files.
Let me know what happens after this. I can’t do any troubleshooting until you reset the preferences.
