That is the first thing to know if it stops on the same image every time.   If it stops, the restart Photoshop. Then when restarting it should give you the option to resume the batch.  if you try that then it should start on the same image it stopped on before. If that fails immediately then there is something wrong with that image file.

however, if it stops in different locations then there is soemthign else going on, perhaps the scritch disk is filling up or something like that.
