I fixed it – I was trying to do JUST the banner files from the photos. So, the SPA had only the banner files, but the source folder had 33 files in it. The csv had 11 files. I put the files in their own folder and tried it, and it work.

I feel like I have done that before with correction though, and delete them off of the csv, but left the folder the same and it worked. IDK – it worked. so there we go.
