I’m not really understanding exactly what you are asking. However, you have to have all images in the same folder in order to use a CSV.  If there is something else you need than please let me know.

Also, you can’t upload a PSD file to the forum. It has to be a flattened file, downsize to less than 3MB jpg.  So try that and you should be able to upload it.
