The issue is probably with the CSV formatting itself, not with SPA.

Please open the CSV in a plain text editor such as notepad on Windows or TextEdit on Mac.

Please Post a screenshot of the CSV opened in the text editor.

Also post a screenshot of the error message it gives you when trying to load the CSV.
