Sorry for the delayed reply. I was out of town all weekend and am just getting caught up.

There may be a folder permission issue and the plugin is being blocked from accessing the folder. Is the folder local, network drive, or cloud?

For troubleshooting, please try make a new folder on the desktop that has some images. Try running form the new desktop folder. Does that work?
