You need to add the player setup layers for player 2 the exact same way you do for player 1.  However, select Player Slot 2 when you add the layers.  Also, you can use a different alignment mode if you want. For example, you can use alignment mode 1 for player 1 but then use another alignment mode such as 4 for player 2.
