License Key Lookup
For all perpetual license keys purchased BEFORE 4/29/2023:
If you purchased any perpetual keys (not Platinum) under a different email address than your current account email address, then you will need to use this form to find the license key. Enter the original email address the license keys were purchased under. An email will be sent with that email address with any license keys purchased under that email.
If you want to link those license keys to your current Pixnub account email then please notify us. If we link the license keys to you current account email then those keys will show up under the normal location under the “My Account” section.
Also, if you haven’t made any purchased since before April, 2020 then you won’t have an account at all on our website because we changed website platforms at that time. You can still use this form without an account to email the keys to you.
Also, if you don’t have an account then you can create an account under the same email address as your prior orders and then your license keys will show up under the My Account section. You must process an order to create a new account. However, it can be a free product such as one of the free EZ Composites templates. When checking out, it will create a new account with the email that you select during checkout.
