Also, before you contact Adobe, I would make sure Photoshop is up to date and your Graphics Driver is up to date with the Nvidia Geforce software. The PS GPU compatibility check give you a green light if the driver is less than 6 months old. However, that doesn’t mean you are running the latest GPU driver. There may be a new driver with a fix already out. So make sure to check that first.
