Also, are you switching the app scaling back and forth between 200% and 250%?  If so, if you get it to work and just always leave the computer at 200% then does it have issues?  Or does the issue only occur when switching the app settings back and forth?  Once you get it to fit, I wouldn’t think it would have issues if you just left everythign alone.
