Sorry but it isn’t programmed to save as PSB. I didn’t figure anyone would be saving files over 2GB in PSB format in a batch process as that would take forever to run due to saving time for each image and take up a huge amount of disk space at 2+GB per image.

I suggest modifying the template and merging layers that can be merged and/or removing unused layers that are not needed. Do you really need to save all of those layers in a batch process for every image?
