If the file permissions is not the cause then lets schedule a time to do a screen share through Google Chrome Remote Desktop. It is a free app for Google Chrome. I will be gone for the next couple of hours but could do it late tonight or possibly tomorrow monring. I will be on the road tomorrow afternoon and gone all day Thursday. So we would need to do it tonight or tomorrow before I leave. If not then it would need to when I get back on Friday.
