When you batch, change the algorithm setting to “Head Only”. That attempts to do that. That attempts to place the bottom of the chin to the top of the head within the guidelines based on the crop settings. However, the top of the head is just an estimate. It basically scales based on the bottom of the chin to the eyes because those are the face features it can “see”. Based on that, it attempts to guess at where the top of the head is. Depending on the head angle, hair style, etc, the top of the head may not line up exactly on the top guideline but it should be in the ballpark.
