Sorry for the delayed reply. I missed the email for this post somehow. Anyway, please make sure the graphics processor is turned on in the PS preferences. In PS, go to the preferences and to the performance section. If the checkbox that says “use graphics processor” is off then turn it on and retry.
Please let me know if that was the issue. That is the most common problem.
