Have you tested another CSV file just to make sure your computer can still load the CSV and there isn’t another issue outside of the file itself? If not then please try loading another CSV and tell me if it loads.
Also, I noticed your CSV has extra blank lines… so extra Enter Keys. You may need to remove those. See the screenshot here with the red marks.
If deleing the extra lines doesn’t work and loading another CSV file does load, then there must be something wrong or corrupted with that file. You may need to just create a new CSV file and throw tat one in the trash?????
