    Are you trying to add the logo based on CSV data or just using the option to add the  same logo to all of the files?

    If you were trying to use the CSV option then please select the option to add the same logo to all images. This will test the PSD setup. If that works then you know it is a CSV issue.

    If you are trying to add the same image to all files without a CSV and it doesn’t work then it is a PSD issue.

    Before we continue with the next step I need to know if it is a PSD issue or a CSV issue so let me know.
