    Here’s the fix!!! Just finished with Adobe Support. Appdata>Roaming>Adobe>AdobePhotoshop>  from here rename the first folder “Adobe Photoshop 2023 Settings” to “Adobe Photoshop 2023 Settings-old”. The support person saved that folder first and placed on my desktop before renaming, I’m sure for safety and instructed me to store it somewhere just in case.
