I reset the license key. You can activate again. The key was on hold due to the failed payment going over the time limit.

Just for FYI….

3 days after failed payments, the keys go on hold if the  payment is still on hold.  Then the keys needs to be manually reset in the system because there is no way to have it automatically linked. So it stays on hold until I know to go reset it.  In the future, if there is another failed payment, if you take care of it within 3 days then the key won’t go on hold so you won’t need to wait for me to reset it next time.
