    That works if I keep it on 1920×1080 at 100% ratio. Since my laptop’s native resolution is 3456 2160 @ 250% , if I change to that for better viewing for other programs, etc., and then change back to 1920×1080 @ 100% ratio for SPA work, SPA still cuts off even if I reset the workspace and then the preferences.

    To have it work, after resetting to 1920×1080, I must restart the computer and then go back into PS preferences and uncheck “Auto show the home screen” since that resets each time after resetting workspace/preferences.
