    Damon, thanks.  Yeah, I was just going to rework the text layer with no front/last letter larger and rerun them today.  Don said last night that he had manually made the First Letter and the Last Letter larger which looks great, but I have a feeling that the multiple font sizes (coupled with your scaling thoughts) is causing the issue.  I’d adjust them, but with 11,000 of them affected, I’m not going to do that.
