Regarding Face Crop, you can make it do full body. It just won’t be very accurate.  You would need to create your own preset and reduce the face size so the entire body fits on the canvas. However, the feet placement will vary from person to person because different people have different ratios of face height vs. body height.

By far, the best and most accurate way to do this is with the Sport Photo Automation plugin, NOT the Face Crop plugin.

Have you ever used the SPA (Sports Photo Automation) plugin?  Before I give instructions, I need to know how familiar you are with this plugin because my instruction will vary based on your experience level with the plugin.  I get the feeling you have not used it before???
