Well 2 things……
1. You will need to update your GPU driver as it is 20 months old. However, the GPU model is 14 years old so not even sure if Adobe supports it anymore.
2. We are nearly ready to release a brand new Face Detection program that will run out side of Photoshop, that will talk to the plugins while it runs. This WILL NOT require the GPU to even be turned on inside of Photoshop. Plus it runs much faster too. It is pretty backward compatible with older PCs. I don’t have an exact release date yet but it will hopefully be within the next few days for face Crop, and then EZ Team Builder and SPA updates to follow.
So if you don’t get your graphics card compatible with PS the wait a few days… however Photoshop itself probably won’t be overly fast running in CPU only mode.
