    Okay so it’s not the Photoshop version. Just for trouble shooting, can you try the batch again with EZ Green Screen 7? (You can have both versions installed at the same time).

    If it still does the same thing, then try to reset your Photoshop preferences and see if that fixes it. This has been known to solve various issues. Just ensure to export any custom shortcuts you may have made before doing this.
