I uninstalled photoshop and creative cloud. Once I reinstalled creative cloud and photoshop I was able to down load the ccx files and load them into Creative Cloud. I went into device manager and enabled my intel graphics so I could start from scratch. I just tried extracting a folder with 19 images and with the first image it crashed the whole system and restarted. So I went to photoshop preferences under performance and unchecked the box to use my GPU. Tried the extractions again and it crashed the system again. I am currently using photoshop 26.0
