Hm okay, can you please send a screenshot of the error message?
As for the question mark icon, the operating system doesn’t recognize that file type hence why there’s no image. (Maybe it’s a Mac thing? I am on Windows).
Did you try to load the plugin after everything was uninstalled? You will need to have Photoshop installed in order for it to be installed and usable
