Ahhh okay, this is a GPU issue. In this case… you may need to update your GPU entirely (or if on a laptop, then the laptop).
Another thing you can try is running in an older version of Photoshop. Sometimes, newer Photoshop versions require more updated graphics cards so you might be able to get away with using an older version for now.
If you have a dedicated GPU, then we’ll need to make sure Photoshop is trying to use that and not the integrated GPU.
In any case, please send a screenshot of your GPU compatibility.
