In this particular image, the reason why the floor is staying even with the “clear area outside screen” checked on is because the floor is “touching” her leg and there isn’t enough green screen around her.
So, you’ll need to paint more green around that area (too little of a margin will create that gap and a small piece of the floor still there like in one of your previous images). or you can use the floor removal action. in this case, i think the action is better because it is quicker and fixes the missing green reflections from the shoes
