Hi Alyssa,

I purchased a new external 1 TB SSD drive.  I installed it on Thursday night and this is where we are at:

• The SSD contains an exFAT file system
• The new drive is selected to be my scratch disk
• All drivers are up to date and OS is up to date
• There is no data on the SSD currently
• I do not have SS-USBs on my laptop
• I attempted a batch of extractions and it made it to 6 extractions and froze.  No error report was generated by PS.
• I attempted a second batch of extractions and it froze on the first extraction.  No error report was generated by PS.
• I went back through this thread to see if there was anything else I could try, I have attempted all suggestions.

Is there anything else we can try?
