    Good Morning Alyssa,

    I did get an external drive to designate as the scratch disk.  The driver was updated (not the game ready version).  I did attempt a batch after making the recommended changes.  The batch only made it to 20 images and then shut down.

    Are there any other suggestions for trouble shooting or configuration?

    Would it be okay to install a legacy version of PS and see if it the batch input sustains?

    Could I uninstall Creative Cloud and apps and reinstall?

    I apologize for all the dumb questions…I am not a reliable IT guy 🙂
