John the fix that Damon helped me with was that I was on a pc and when we checked the device manager under the graphics card, it was showing the 2 cards being used, once was a secondary system card or something that we unchecked and was causing confusion on to which card did what task.  I disabled that and made sure I was using the correct driver that damon recommended since I have a gaming computer the sytem trys to use a driver more for games that graphic programs like photoshop.  We downloaded the correct one and it all worked way better.  Damon is the best!!
