Hi John,

Try these:

1. Ensure that the system disk is unchecked in the scratch disk settings. Otherwise, it will fill this up first before going to the dedicated scratch disk.

2. Check the GPU compatibility and update if needed. If you’re updating the driver with Nvidia, DO NOT use the Nvidia “Game Ready” driver. Photoshop is notorious for have GPU crashing and issues on the Game Ready driver as those drivers are never fully tested on Photoshop before releasing. The Studio driver is always much more stable.
