Hm okay, all of those specs are good.
I just spoke with Damon and he said this is a known issue that a few other users have experienced and it’s on the Photoshop side. We haven’t been able to recreate it on our computers. I just tested both versions of Photoshop on my computer as well but wasn’t able to recreate the problem either.
For some of those users that had this issue, resetting the Photoshop preferences was able to fix it. (This can fix miscellaneous problems that pop up sometimes as well). Try this.
Also, before doing it, if you’ve made any custom custom keyboard shortcuts, go ahead and export and save those somewhere. It WON’T mess up any custom actions or plugins you have installed though.
