There must have been something wrong with the CSV, or with file permission if it wouldn’t load.
In any case, we will only troubleshoot issues in SPA 11, as it has been out for 4 months now. SPA 10 is officially discontinued for updates and support.
SPA 11 has had hundreds of thousands of batches ran now so it is fully tested. There are LESS bugs in SPA 11 than SPA 10 because some things were fixed during the SPA 11 update.
All SPA 10 workflows are compatible with SPA 11. So you don’t need to learn anything new.
SPA 10 is available “just in case” you need to roll back. So there is zero risk with installing SPA 11.
So try SPA 11. If you still have issues then let us know and we can look into it.
