Hi Damon,

We had sent this particular job to NextGen who then sends you back the completed cutouts as well as the completed job. We are trying to run them for a few products that NG doesn’t offer, but long story short, yes, I’m getting that dialog box.

Here was the process.

Images Downloaded

Retouched through Evoto (not extracted, just retouched and saved as jpeg, usually we retouch and extract through evoto, but NextGen wants the full jpeg to do their own extractions)

Final job images are returned into Gotphoto completed as well as the extracted pngs for our use.

I download the png files, barcodes are in there, but yes, I do get that dialog box you mentioned.

When running the files, no barc0de is saved. Hope that info helps a little more.
