Are you trying to build one team or do a batch process for multiple teams?
For batch processing without a CSV, the teams must be in subfolders directly under the main folder you select.
if building a single team, not in batch, then the images must be directly under the folder you select, not in subfolders.
Please let me know how you are processing and we can go from there.
