1. Yes, but you’d need to setup the layout with first and last names on separate lines. So this is done at the time the layout is created, not afterwards when building the teams. In order to add the second line, the entire layout needs changed. The images need scaled small and more space needs created for the second text row. So for this reason, it is done in the PSD design step.

In the layout designer, there is an option for this. See the screenshot.

2. The easiest way is to just edit the graphics file and edit one of the layer styles to use the color you want. Just change the color overlay in the layer style and save the graphics file. The other way would be to edit the layout file and change the color of the font for ALL of the layers and then use the default option for the team building layer name color. However, the first way by editing the layer style is much easier… takes just a few seconds to do.
