Hi Damon,

Thank you so much for your help and my apologies for my slow reply.

I guess I’m super confused and I’m trying to figure this out to keep the 300ppi.

Does this mean when we get the smaller size images we are ‘overcropping’ them?

We export all images from Lightroom (resizing them) to 3500px long edge at 300dpi.

I know they are not all the same head size (which is why we are using pixnub).

So does this mean we should try to have all the images from each Photographer (head size) around the same size to make it more even?

I’m looking at some images where they look exactly the same and export as the same size yet some crop well (and keep the ratio we want) and others don’t which is really confusing.

Should we be making the images include ‘more’ around them or cropping them in ‘before’ we export them from Lightroom?

My brain doesn’t work well with this kind of math sadly : (
