I changed to a lower resolution and broke it (looks like yours) then changed it back, and the window size was stuck too small like yours shows.
But, once you have enough screen resolution, you can grab the edge of the window and drag it down… I’ve stopped halfway in this screen shot to illustrate. The capture didn’t grab my mouse, but you’d see it went to the double arrow when around the edge of the window.
