    1. If it’s this, you can try moving the photos a different local drive

    2. With this issue, when I saw it before, it had the “file in syncing” icon and that was the issue. Ensure that the files are accessible. It’s probably best to have them on a local drive just in case.

    3. It could also be a CSV issue. If you’re batching, are you using a CSV? If so, ensure that the filenames in the CSV match the image names
