    What exact version of Photoshop. You can go to Help>System information to see that.

    What exact Version of Image Extract? That will show on the bottom of the home screen in the plugin.

    I suggest resetting the Photoshop preferences. then restart Photoshop and try again. Go to the Photoshop preferences. Under the General section, select “Reset Preferences on Quit”. Then restart Photoshop and try again.

    Sometimes the prefernences files get corrupted and cause issues like this. Not certain it will fix it but it’s the first thing you need to try.
