Damon BellRaw mode doesn’t actually apply the color profile to the raw image. It is a non-destructive just “suggested” setting for the conversion program only. Some software, including Adobe ignores it. In the case of Photoshop Adobe camera Raw or Lightroom, the camera setting doesn’t mean anything. It will export with whatever you have the Adobe program set to export at.
So check whatever program you are converting the images to jpg and see what they are set to for export profile.
Why some images are untagged and some have the strange Rec 2020 profile, I really have no idea. Sometimes when I see users with these profiles, the profiles are somewhat close to sRGB….. but not in this case. If you do an Assign Color profile in PS on the rec 2020 images, there is a huge shift in color. So that color profile is way different than sRGB. The Convert To Profile option seems to correctly adjust to sRGB without shifting the color however.
