Do you have another computer you can test to see if it is isolated to your 1 specific computer?

I just ran a batch with your images, your CSV, and one of my templates. Since I only used one template, it ran 3 for each image based on your CSV rows. Here is a screenshot.  The first image is a copy of the template for reference. None of them show any color shifting.
