Hey Najee,

Please run the batch with a few of the images that you know will show the issue and have it save as PSD instead of jpg.  Then open the composited PSD files between the different images and look at the PSDs layer by layer to see were the brightness adjustment is happening.  You can start by turning off layers one at a time for each template and see which layer causes the background to be darker in some than the others.
