Not really, since it’s not sending large files across the internet. The server’s response time from Adobe is the main factor. If you already had a good computer before, you won’t see much of a difference with another good computer performance wise. Other factors can depend on the file sizes in the batch (less likely) and the Adobe Server Load/Cloud Sync Latency if their servers are temporarily overloaded.

One of the biggest factor on the computer side though that you can setup is the file format that you’re saving on. Large PNGs take longer to save (Adobe limitation). If you’re curious,  you save on TIFF and PNG formats to compare times and see how much faster it will run for your batches.
