Yes, you just have to put their names into the column of whatever the .psd layer is on the template. So, in this template, FIRSTNAME is line 1. You could put their first and last name under the FIRSTNAME column of the CSV file so it will only display their name on line 1 and not line 1 and 2.

This would be quicker than renaming all .psd layer names in the template (and editing the CSV column to match the .psd layer names), but you could make an action to do change the layer names if you wanted to customize the template(s). Either way, the first method will work.
